How do I get started with UpliftGTM?

What happens after the first call?
If the engagement is a fit, we send a scoped proposal within 48 hours: outcomes, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and references. Most engagements start two to three weeks after the proposal is signed. If we are not the right fit — wrong stage, wrong vertical, wrong problem — we will say so on the call and refer you to a specialist partner where we can.
What information should I have ready for the first call?
A rough sense of your stage (ARR or pipeline target), current GTM team and tooling, the channel mix that is or is not working, and the result you would call success at six months. You do not need a deck or written brief — we will pull what we need out of the conversation. The more honest you are about what is broken, the more useful the call.
Do you work with companies outside Australia, the UK, or the US?
We work primarily with B2B technology companies in APAC, the UK, and the US, but the team has run engagements across Europe, Canada, and parts of Asia. The constraint is time-zone overlap with your team rather than geography itself. If you are in a region we have not worked in before, we will say so on the first call.
Can I send a brief or RFP via the form?
Yes. Attach any brief, RFP, or scoping document in your message and we will read it before the first call. Even a short bullet list of what you have tried, what worked, and what did not is more useful than a polished brief.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day for form submissions, faster for quote requests (you tell us your scope, we respond with a fit assessment). Jamie personally reads every initial enquiry. If we cannot help, we will say so quickly so you can move on to the right partner.
